If you’ve spent any time looking into saunas you’ve likely come to the conclusion that the most cost effective sauna you can buy is a probably a ready made suana that you can set up in your home, cabin or even outsite.  I’ve looked into building a sauna myself, but I have access to white cedar and I’m really after a wet sauna and like the idea of the old fashion sauna where I can actually heat rocks and create steam.  I think it’s probably more of a personal challenge and goal of mine rather than creating the best sauna.

There are many alleged health benifits of saunas and “heat” therapy.
